Great care is taken to package your parcel, and ensure it’s safe delivery. In the unlikely event that your package should be damaged during transit, we require that you report it in writing to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the goods along with a copy of your delivery note and a photo of the damaged product. No claims will be entertained thereafter, unless the goods were found to have been unsafe or defective.
We review each case individually, and will be in touch with you regarding a resolution. You will then need to return/send the products back to us unused and in their original packaging within 30 working days of the date of purchase. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping costs.
